Analýza podnikatelských subjektů v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

My Bachelor Degree Thesis is focused on business entities in the Moravian Silesian Region. Its first section deals with the historical development of our region, focussing on an industrial structure analysis. Section one describes namely the privatisation process and its course in heavy industry enterprises and its impact on the employment rate. We have analyzed business entities and their influence on the market environment. Section two is focused on the evaluation of entrepreneurs´ opinions on many issues covering the following tree areas: personnel, marketing and investment strategy. Responses collected through a questionnaire were analyzed then. The last section (section three) provides the specification of potential market gaps. It is followed by recommendations concerning market gaps which could be covered and relevant support tools which could be applied. The conclusion summarizes tasks set up in the scope specification for this Bachelor Degree Thesis and their fulfilment.
