Abstract

My bachelor thesis was focused on measuring satisfaction with the selected pull-up. The object of this measurement has become the pull-up Rosea, located in Vendryne. Research was conducted on the basis of questionnaires on a sample of 150 respondents visiting this pull-up. I divided work into seven chapters. The first chapter contains an introduction in which I justified the choice of this pull-up. The second chapter describes development of company at the time, characterized by its activities, organizational structure, provided products or services and competition. The third chapter contains the theoretical background or marketing. I tried to describe,what does the service mean, its properties, to specify the consumer satisfaction and marketing environment. In the fourth chapter I examined the methodology containing of preparatory and implemention phase. The fifth chapter is focused on the analysis, where I tried to rate the results obtained by research and to find out, if the customers are satisfied or not. The second last chapter introducts proposals and recommendations, which I made and supplied the company to increase the customer satisfaction. Last chapter is finish.
