| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo stanovit hodnotu výrobního podniku pomocí oceňovacích metod a finanční analýzy a navrhnout doporučení pro další vývoj podniku. Diplomová práce je členěna do tří částí. V první části jsou popsány teoretické metody pro stanovení hodnoty podniku a finanční analýza. V druhé části následuje aplikace vybraných metod v podniku. Poslední, třetí část, je věnována zhodnocení výsledků provedených analýz a provedených metod ocenění. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of manufacturing company using valuation techniques and financial analysis and to suggest recommendations for the further development of this company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical methods for determining the value of the company and financial analysis. The second part is followed by application of selected methods in company. Last, the third, is devoted to the evaluation results of the analysis performed and valuation methods. | en |
