Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals the issue of debt discharge and its social and economic impact on the borrower. In this thesis are defines the basic concepts relating to the the insolvency proceedings, the social and economic impact of debt discharge on the borrower, prevention of over-indebtedness and includes analysis of age groups in debt relief.
