Abstract
The master thesis is concerned with HR management analysis for the industrial company Třinecké železárny. The first part of the thesis is focused on characteristics of the company and theoretical things related to HR management in general. Further, the master thesis describes and evaluates the structure, accessions and leavings of employees and the labour turnover rate in reporting period. The most important part of the whole thesis is the analysis of selected HR activities in Třinecké železárny company. These activities are recruitment, especially through the internet and social networks, then selection, adaptation and education of employees. Based on the SWOT analysis of HR activities suggestions for identified problems are made at the end of this thesis.
