Abstract
My diploma thesis entitled Advanced Measurement Hybrid Photonic Network is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The beginning of the theoretical part is dedicated to optical amplifiers. The second chapter describes components of WDM systems. The following chapter describes WDM-PON technology and the conclusion of theoretical part focuses on Hybrid PON networks. The practical part is about testing semiconductor amplifiers and create hybrid photonic network comprising semiconductor optical amplifiers. Testing of integrity hybrid photonic network. Last part of the thesis deal conversion of real WDM-PON system into the simulations in Optiwave OptiSystem.
