Optimalizace telekomunikačních služeb orgánu státní a veřejné správy

Abstract

In the bachelor work, I present an analysis of optimalization of telecommunication services of statutary town Most, its allowance organizations and municipal police. Based on the analysis, I formulate a proposal for optimalization of the services. In the first chapter, I describe individual voice services and technologies that can be used for optimalization because there is a potential for financial savings. I discuss their advantages and disadvantages. In the second chapter, I focus on analysis of the current status of the infrastructure and composition of voice-service data flows including their costs. In the third chapter, I propose the optimal arrangement of internet data lines and connected voice services based on the method of multicriterial evaluation of variants. In the conclusion, I will summarize benefits of suggested solutions and discuss issues connected to awarding similar public commissions.
