Aplikace manažerských metod jako nástroj zvýšení pracovní výkonnosti

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo aplikovat manažerské metody, které dopomohou ke zvýšení pracovní výkonnosti podniku, který se nachází v módním průmyslu. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na metody, které se využívají v rámci strategického managementu, především na strategickou analýzu. V praktické části byly tyto metody strategického marketingu aplikované na vybraném podniku. Zvolenou metodou byla interní analýza prostředí podniku, která byla propojena s analýzou oborovou. Výsledky byly následně vyhodnoceny pomocí matice EFE a IFE. Ze získaných dat byl následně sestaven SWOT diagram, který pomohl určit vhodnou strategii podniku. Na základě provedení praktické části byly společnosti navrhnuty reálné doporučení, které by společnost mohla aplikovat již v tomto roce.

The main objective of this thesis was to apply managerial methods that may help to increase working performance of the company, which is located in the fashion industry. The theoretical part was focused on methods that are used in the context of strategic management, especially for strategic analysis. In the practical part the methods of strategic marketing applied to the selected company. The chosen method is an internal analysis of the business environment, which has been linked to departmental analysis. Results were evaluated using matrix EFE and IFE. From the collected data was then compiled SWOT diagram, which helped determine the appropriate business strategy. Thanks to these parts were recommended real tips and advices, which can be apply already in this year or two.
