Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the proposal to use today undeveloped land in the locality Prštné, for housing. The proposal is to focus on detailed urban planning - engineering solutions for public spaces including street, layout, roads, areas and facilities for all observation modes, network design of technical infrastructure and public greenery. To achieve the desired outcome should be paid attention to the proposal of various forms of housing. The part of thesis is the design of the selected object, which is a part of the proposed of a new housing in residential area. Proposal to use territory in locality designed to consist of different alternatives examined in the concept stage. Of these options is selected, the resulting design solution, which is further treated and processed to the stage of detailed studies.
