Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to compare the funding of crisis management in the Czech
Republic and in Ireland, with an emphasis on financial aspects. The thesis first defines the
current state of both systems and subsequently analyzes their financial security. Based on this
analysis and comparison, it seeks to identify shortcomings and propose recommendations for
their resolution.
