Bezpečnost železniční přepravy nebezpečných látek na území města Ostravy

Abstract

The thesis deals with the safety of tranport hazardous substances by rail in Ostrava. The aim of the thesis is to describe transported substances, identify and with use appropriate method evaluate the risk of acting on the residents of Ostrava. Based on the method that is used for risk assessment is carried out recommendations for reducing risks and warning the population. The second part is to perform study of risk analysis using the methodics Purple book and software modeling program ALOHA. In conclusion is recommendations to reduce the risks and the possibilities of warning the population.
