Abstract

The thesis is concerning very important and essentials function of companies. It is concerning personal planning in the company Automobile Logistics Czech s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is evaluate processes in separate areas of human resource management in the company and eventually suggest recommendation for streamline researched dilemma. The thesis is divided into three parts. First part is theoretical which is basic for application part, the second part is concerning analyze of current system of personal planning and the last part is fulfilling the aim of the thesis when is suggesting plans in the area of recruitment, selection and evaluation of employees. In the area of rewarding and education were not found any exceptions of current system.
