Zhodnocení stavu lokálního biocentra "U Blazického potoka"

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to assess the revitalization of local bio centre ,,U Blazického potoka” (by Blazicky stream in Czech). Revitalization of the area was performed in 2003 and consisted of creation a combined forest type biocentres and restoration of floodplain functions with water and wetland habitats. The first part focuses on the theoretical description of the concepts that are closely related to the topic, such as small reservoirs and their characteristic distribution, the beginnings of the revitalizations, their distribution and consequences associated with positive and negative impacts on the landscape. Another chapter is pay attention to a detailed description of the subject and the characteristics of natural and physical-geographical relations. The practical part refers to the assessment factors, which is possible to use for future evaluation of revitalization. The thesis itself is focused on the evaluation of a certain territory, focusing on the territorial system of ecological stability during the years 2003-2013 namely the success of restoration interventions conducted there.
