Využití RFID v prodejních řetězcích MAKRO

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the study of possibilities how to use the radio-frequency identification (RFID) and its application in Makro Stores. In the initial part is about introducing the main principle of RFID technology and afterwards with the newest ways of using it in a various range of retail. The main part of this thesis is to find the best fitting tag, which would be placed on the shopping trolley, including reflections about benefits and disadvantages of using it in practice. The final part deals with analysis of measure results of tag´s readability on the shopping trolley carried out in the RFID laboratory.
