Nástroj pro generování statistických dat z databázového systému IMS

Abstract

The main goal is to write a program which is going to be modulated and easily configurable. This script is supposed to be able to gather many kinds of information from IMS Integrity database system used by Vitesco company. All gathered information has to be processed using designed formulas, input into database such as SQL or SQLite3 in regards of history data. By this history we are able to generate final mathematical charts which are realised in static files with .html and .png file extension. Whole project is going to be written in programming language Python which is the most used programming language at the moment based on TIOBE Index rating and database is going to be made in SQL which is as well as Python the most used language in its territory. The benefit lies in user-friendly access, automation, wide spectrum of possibilities in adding new subscripts into already existing scripts and final lucidity of generated charts.
