Analýza struktury trhu s nemovitými věcmi

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the problematics of the real estate market. The thesis first defines the basic terms, principles and subjects of the real estate market. Subsequently, the scope of the analysis is narrowed down to the segment of the residential property markets, which are described from the point of view of their specifics and housing policies. The theoretical part of the work represents the foundation for detailed analysis of the dwelling market as one of the segments of the residential properties market. The practical part then analyses dwelling markets in five selected European capital cities according to the factors which influence their structure. Attention is paid in particular to the type of tenure, disposition, size, price, rent and financial affordability of housing of the dwellings in these places. The main goal of this thesis is to compare the structure of the dwelling market in Berlin, Bratislava, Prague, Warsaw and Vienna.
