Abstract

This thesis is focused on employee recruitment and selection, employee motivation. In its first part the thesis deals with the theoretical base of recruitment and selection, from which the second part comes out. The main objective of the second part is to identify the system of employee recruitment and selection, analysis of provided benefits and subsequently comparison of provided benefits with a rival company. Recommendations were determined to improve and streamline the current situation.
