Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to process of project documentation for the Detail Design Documentation to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. and Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. The basis for the preparation of this work was an urban study from the subject Atelierová tvorba III, an architectural study from the subject Atelierová tvorba IV and documentation for building permits from the subjects Atelierová tvorba V and Atelierová tvorbaVa. The tackled object is located in Moravská Ostrava near the crossway of streets Hornopolní and Sládkova. The building is part of a apartment complex. The apartment building is characterized by its balconies, on which feature greenery in built-in flowerpots. This bachelor thesis contains a text part of the project documentation with an accompanying and technical report and annexes. The annexes contain the drawing part of the tackled object and the architectural processing of the apartment building shown on architectural views and visualizations.
