Preventivní opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva v obci s rozšířenou působností Odry

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice ochrany obyvatelstva v obci s rozšířenou působností Odry. Na základě územní charakteristiky jsou identifikována možná ohrožení tohoto území mimořádnými událostmi, která jsou dále analyzována pomocí programu SFERA. Následně je provedeno zhodnocení současného stavu opatření ochrany obyvatelstva. Na základě výsledků analýzy a hodnocení stávajících opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva je navržena a zdůvodněna jejich optimalizace.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the protection of the population in Odry, the municipality with extended competence. Potential emergency threats to this area are identified on the basis of the territorial characteristics. The threats are further analyzed by means of the „SFERA“ program. The identification is followed by the evaluation of the current state of measures to the population protection. Based on the analysis and evaluation of existing measures to protect the population is proposed and justified their optimization.
