Abstract
This master thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation with in the company, GIFF a. c., during the years 2007 through 2010 by selected characteristics and methods of financial analysis. Based on the results found are prepared proposals for the improvement of the current financial situation of the company and for the directive of management.
