Bachelor's thesis supervisor Ing. Václav Veselý. Enclosed thesis deals with the search of objects under water-level. Its aim is to describe the methods, technical resources, identify risks associated with searching of objacts underwater-level and then propose minimize those risks identified. The first part examines the laws describing the issue. A description of diving and diving activities in PČR, where are described the methods of searching under water –level, communication between divers. Next, describe of the technical means, which are used for search under water, risks and diseases related to diving. Rating and minimizing risks associated with the searching of objects under water-level are solved using risk analysis.
