Problémy spojené se začleňováním uprchlíků do společnosti

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem integrace uprchlíků. Česká republika po vypuknutí válečného konfliktu na Ukrajině v únoru 2022 postupně přijala několik set tisíc ukrajinských uprchlíků, jimž na svém území udělila dočasnou ochranu. Cílem této práce je identifikovat a analyzovat možné problémy spojené se začleňováním této skupiny imigrantů do české společnosti. Představen je právní rámec, východiska na národní i mezinárodní úrovni a koncepce integrace cizinců v České republice. Sledovány jsou vybrané aspekty uprchlictví a možné překážky integrace. V praktické části jsou na základě sledovaných a popsaných ukazatelů vyprofilované potenciálně problematické oblasti. Jejich analýza je provedena Saatyho metodou. Výsledek analýzy stanovuje pořadí jednotlivých oblastí, které vypovídá o jejich důležitosti z hlediska nutné pozornosti v procesu integrace. Zároveň poukazuje na možné negativní společenské dopady, pokud by se tyto oblasti staly problematickými.

This thesis deals with the current topic of refugee integration. After the outbreak of the military conflict in Ukraine in February 2022, the Czech Republic has gradually accepted several hundred thousand Ukrainian refugees and granted them temporary protection on its territory. The goal of this thesis is to identify and analyse possible problems related to the integration of this group of immigrants into Czech society. It presents the legal framework, the background at the national and international level and the concept of integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic. Selected aspects of refugee topic and possible obstacles to integration are moni-tored. In the practical part, potentially problematic areas are profiled on the basis of the moni-tored and described indicators. Their analysis is carried out using the Saaty method. The result of the analysis determines the ranking of each area, which indicates their importance in terms of the necessary attention in the integration process. At the same time, it highlights the possi-ble negative social consequences if these areas become problematic.
