The following section provides an overview of auditing within quality management and transitions into the specific theoretical foundation of layered process audits. The practical part of the thesis presents the company and outlines its organizational structure. It also evaluates the current state of auditing in the organization and smoothly proceeds to the proposal of an layered process audits system, including verification through pilot implementation and subsequent optimization. The conclusion offers a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed system and considerations for its potential expansion into other areas.
