Implementace skoronehod do systému BOZP v podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu skoronehod, vyhodnotit mimořádné události z hlediska zdrojů a příčin a implementovat je do seznamu rizik ve firmě. Práce hodnotí stávající stav BOZP a rozbor skoronehod dle zdrojů a příčin. Důraz je kladen na vybrané nejčetnější příčiny skoronehod a navrhnutí technických a organizačních opatření, které by předcházely dalším skoronehodám a následným pracovním úrazům. Na základě vyhodnocení je navržen nový registr skoronehod, který pomůže k evidenci četnosti zdrojů a příčin skoronehod a následně k jejich odstranění a snížení možnosti vzniku úrazu.

The goal of the Bachelor thesis is to perform analysis of almost-accidents, evaluate exceptional occasions and study their origins, reasons and implement them into hazard list within the enterprise. Furthermore the work evaluates current situation of OSH systems, and analyses almost-accidents according their origins and reasons. The thesis put accent on selected the most frequent causes of the almost-accidents, technical design and organisational risk in order to avoid another almost-accident and following work accidents. The new registry of almost-accidents is designed on basis of evaluation of almost-accidents. This registry will help to record number of reasons and origins of almost-accidents. Finally, the registry will lead to decreasing number of work accidents and further diminishing of them.
