Analýza účinků výbuchů v prostorách vlakového nádraží v Bohumíně

Abstract

The bachelor thesis primarily deals with terms “terrorism” and “improvised explosive device”, it provides their characteristics together with related legislation. Subsequently it describes places in the area of Bohumín railway station that are accessible to the public and afterwards it evaluates risks of improvised explosive device being placed. Effects of the explosion within the area of the railway station are analyzed by calculations. In conclusion, there are measures proposed in terms of the protection of persons and property in case of explosion and in order to minimize risks.
