Abstract

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is explanation of the concept of corporate social responsibility of industrial company. At the beginning, thesis defines CSR and describes the basic foundations of the concept (economical, social and environmental), significance and purpose and also adoption of this concept by the companies. Then, the thesis analyzes current state in the chosen company and provides suggestion for improvement. The aim of the thesis is to highlight significance of the social responsibility, to point out the values, benefits and also commitments that should be redeemed by the companies that avow to the social responsibility.
