Abstract

This bachelors thesis is focused on business of small and medium companies in Czech Republic. Defines all terms needed for foundation of limited company bearing on theory and also bearing on practice. Practical part of bachelor thesis is aimed on presentation of fictive small company in field of road motor transport (cargo does not exceed 3,5 tons). It pursues founding company including business plan and money spent ont running. Objective of bachelors thesis is detailed description of small limited company including its own funding with final evaluation.
