Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate team work in the production department of the company Karel Kaňák, s.r.o.. In this thesis I focus on single processes and factors which effect the production and then I propose appropriate changes which would help the organization to improve and increase the efficiency of production processes, enhance the quality of provided services and to satisfy the needs of individual customers better. Most data were gained by an interview with the head of the production department and a survey among the employees of this department. The production was described in the model of a regulatory loop of processes and the survey data were analysed using the statistics program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. In the last chapter I summarize the proposals and requirements how to improve or increase the efficiency of the given production processes.
