Revitalizace areálu bývalého cukrovaru v obci Slatiňany

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout možnosti dalšího funkčního využití stávajícího areálu bývalého cukrovaru v obci Slatiňany. Návrh obsahuje především stavební úpravy objektu bytového domu, dětského hřiště a dalších doplňujících funkcí. Stávající areál nemá dostatečné využití pro potřeby vlastníka. Je učiněna analýza okruhu současného stavu lokality na základě shromážděných podkladů o území a možností dalšího využití areálu v souvislostí s rozvojem obce. Obě varianty jsou zpracovány v detailu architektonicko – urbanistické studie, včetně řešení dopravního a technického napojení lokality a orientačních finančních nákladů stavební a technologické části na úpravu areálu. Je dbáno na funkčnost a estetický vzhled navržených úprav areálu bývalého cukrovaru.

The aim of this dissertation is to project the posibility another function usage the existing complex past sugar factory in the village Slatiňany. The project contains mainly the building adjustment the block of flats, child playground and other functions. The existing complex hasn’t got an enough usage for the owner’s needs. The analysis the present state of this locality on base of roundup this territory and possibility another usage the complex in the connection of development the village has been made. Both variations are in detail of architecture-urbanism studies include the solutions of traffic and technical connection the locality and the approximate financial cost the building nad technological part for modification the complex. There is a big influence for utility and aesthetic view of designed modifications the complex past sugar factory.
