Abstract

Bachelor's thesis called "Project control as streamline of company's processes" is focused on usage of project management's methods in the area of company's processes. Its goal is to determine the achieved level of approaches to project control, also to identify the most commonly used instruments and to accomplish a critical evaluation of project management.
