Abstract
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of financing of public services in selected municipalities of the Vsetín district for the period 2013-2017. For comparsion were selected public services: library services, waste management, and community care and public greenery. The second chapter of the thesis deals with the theoretical part in the area of public services and public sector.The third chapter deals with the analysis of selected public services provided by the municipalities Lešná, Jablůnka, Hošťálková. The evaluation of these selected public services implies that the guarantors are always municipalities, which finance the services from their budgets. All three services are financed from the total budget and the most are financed by the municipality of Hošťálková, then by the municipality of Lešná and, the least, by the municipality of Jablůnka.
