Abstract
The subject of this thesis is creating the business plan for fictive company that is focused on production and sale own tires. The company captured an offer for production expansion from business partner. Through the business plan will be recommended accept or not accept the offer. Before creating the business plan there is necessary to collect all the theoretical information about creation of business plan and information from internal and external analysis of the tires market.
