Monitoring a měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti zabývající se výrobou pro automobilový průmysl

Abstract

The goal of bachelor´s thesis „Monitoring and Measuring of Employee Satisfaction in the Company Engaged in the Automotive Manufacturing“ is a research of employee satistafction in automotive company. Output of bachelor´s thesis is presentation of achieved results from analysis made by questionnaire and also improvement proposal for company above. The bachelorś thesis is divided into two chapters. The first one targets on employees, or rather „internal customers“, their needs, values, motivation and communication. The next part is dedicated to process of employee satisfaction measuring, rules of them, methods, preparing and evaluation of dates. These all findings and informations were used by preparing of the questionnaire which was presented to employees of company above. Results from whole analysis on whose base were suggested rectifications and improvement proposal for the company are as a part of the second chapter.
