Abstract

The aim of this thesis is appropriate partition of given area to individual building site for construction of house. At the begining was an overall assessment suitability of location for proposed type of bilt-up area which are houses of urban and suburban type or add location of posibility to construction building with public equipment. Then the study deal with location and its relationship with others, proposal of transport a technical infrastructure. Stop studie is processed in two varients of different character. For this location is designed type house, unspecified and prepared propose of economical intensity for both variants.
