Inovace firemního intranetu za účelem sdílení informací

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a implementovat inovaci firemního intranetu, který má ve firmě zlepšit sdílení hromadných informací. Tento problém je řešen za pomocí technologie Microsoft SharePoint. V první části práce se nachází teorie o podnikové informatice, intranetu, technologii SharePoint, nebo také metodika pro vývoj IT aplikací. Dále je v práci popsána analýza současného řešení intranetu a vstupní dotazník, ze kterého jsou následně definovány požadavky na návrh řešení. Návrh je poté implementován a uveden do běžného provozu. Zlepšení sdílení informací po inovaci intranetu bylo změřeno pomocí srovnávacího zaměstnaneckého dotazníku.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to design and implement an innovation of corporate intranet to improve information sharing. This problem is solved with Microsoft SharePoint technology. There is a theory about business informatics, intranet, SharePoint technology or methodology for developing of IT applications is in the first part of the thesis. Furthermore there is an analysis of the current intranet solution and entrance survey from which are defined demands for the design of the solution. The design is implemented and resulted in the launch for daily usage. The improvement in sharing information after intranet innovation is measured by comparative employees survey.
