Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the Analysis of Employees Training and Development System in a Selected Organization. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the system of education and development in a selected organization. The Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the system of education and development of employees based on the study of professional literature.In the practical part, educational process of the company is described. The oranization's employees were asked to evaluate the current education system and the organization's internal documentation and annual reports were examined. The final part consist of suggestions to improve researched areas of company’s education proces.
