Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy v Kobeřicích

Abstract

SLANINA, Otakar. Design of new usage of development area in Kobeřice. Ostrava, 2021, 59 s. Bachelor thesis. Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The aim of this thesis is a complex study regarding buildable area in Kobeřice, area is currently categorized as buildable for individual housing in the zoning plan. The said area is located in southern part of the village among streets Opavská, Topolová and Mírová. According to the zoning plan the area consists of parcels n. 866/1, 1945/4, 1945/5, 2609, 2610, 2611, 2612, 2616, all the plats belong to the cadastral area of Kobeřice. Construction proposal was processed with the aim of verification of partition to individual building parcels and public areas. The study partitioned the area in three individual variants, one of them was objectively chosen and further researched and elaborated in more detail and extended by the design of technical and transport infrastructure, including approximate costing of the construction. The emphasis was put on the overal urban composition, preservation of fundamental urban principles and adherence to all limits and legislative restrictions of the area, which resulted from the analysis and the limits of current state of the area.
