Fond kulturních a sociálních potřeb ve školské příspěvkové organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the fund of cultural and social needs in a school state-funded institution. The aim of the thesis is to propose new principles for the creation and drawing of a fund of cultural and social needs in accordance with employees´ requirements and then recommend changes to the employer. In the theoretical part, there are the labor-law relations theoretically defined, the characteristics of the labor union is described as well as the general definition of collective agreements and the detailed characteristics of the fund of cultural and social needs is mentioned. The practical part includes an analysis of the existing fund of cultural and social needs in the concrete school as well as the analysis of provided questionnaire survey focused on the needs and satisfaction of the school staff with the fund of cultural and social needs.
