Abstract

This thesis is focused on the comparation of crisis situations in the Czech Republic, Spain and Portugal. The introductory part is focuses on reasons, why crisis situations is used. Following chapters, where are crisis systems of the chosen countries described, contain basic information about the territory, important legislations, organization of civil protection, crisis management system, crisis situations that could be declared and types of planning documentation. The final chapter contains comparation of individual systems of crisis states, crisis management, planning documentations, comparation selected events and finally advantages and disadvantages of individual systems.
