Finanční analýza vybraného podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of financial health of Sportisimo Ltd. in term 2016-2021. Particular methods of financial analysis are used to analyse financial situation of the corporation. The theoretical part focuses on characteristics, sources, types and description of financial analysis´ methods. Horizontal and vertical analyses are mentioned as well as financial ratios and prediction models of financial health. The practical part consists of calculations and evaluation of results of particular methods of financial analysis. Horizontal and vertical analyses are carried out. The corporation is evaluated with four types of financial ratios. Those are leverage ratios, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and activity ratios. The DuPont analysis of return on equity is established. Quantification of partial drivers is established with integral and logarithmic method. Three prediction models of financial health are used to describe financial conditions of corporation. Those are Altman´s Z-score model, Index IN05 and Kralicek quick-test. Comparison with branch and two competitors is made for better evaluation of financial health of the corporation. The summary of results of financial analysis is made at the end of the thesis.
