Rehabilitace lokality Poděbradova-Porážková - dostavba městského bloku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá dostavbou městského bloku v centru města Ostravy a současně řeší eliminaci dopravních a jiných stavebních bariér v blízkém okolí. Navrhované struktury mají podobu housenek, které se formují podle stávajících architektonických dominant. Dostavby jsou řešeny bezkontaktně a výškově. Detailně je rozpracován pouze jeden objekt, který sousedí s areálem bývalých městských jatek a který je koncipovaný coby polyfunkční bytový dům. Projekt zahrnuje analýzy, myšlenkové koncepty, výkresy a vizualizace.

The diploma thesis concernes with the finishing of a city block in the city centre of Ostrava and it currently solves the elimination of the traffic and other structural barriers in the surround. The suggested structures have got the the shape of the caterpillars, which are shaped up the current architectural dominant. The finishing of the buildings are solved non-contactly and altimetricly. Only one object is developed in detail. This objet adjoins with an area of a previous urban slaughter-house and which is drawed up as a polyfunctional block of flats. The project contains analyses, concepts, drawings and visualizations.
