Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the contracting process in an industrial enterprise. The aim of the thesis is to describe contracts concluding in an industrial enterprise, evaluate its quality and expect whether the Civil Code is not violated. As a partial aim, the evaluation of the contracts content was. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the issue of commercial contracts, the way of their conclusion and legal acting. The practical part describes the contracting process in the company and further discusses the purchase contract and the contract for work.
