Abstract

The bachelor thesis is elaborated on theme of Evaluation of Offers in Business Services. The aim of this work is to evaluate quality and range of services provided by the Municipal laundry to its customers. Evaluation is based on the method of analysis and synthesis through a questionnaire survey. The results of the survey show that the quality of services provided by the Municipal laundry is good, but some improvements in quality can always occur.
