Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused to the problematic of strategic analysis of the Partners Financial Services company. The aim is to find out what condition the company is in and whether it can be one of the strong business partners for the future cooperation. The analysis examines the factors that do affect the company both positively and negatively, and it is crucial for the company to know these influences and be able to work with them. Finally, a general summary is given and recommendations are outlined that can improve the company's credit.
