Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is a theoretical definition of short-term and long-term lease, including their comparison. Subsequently, also compile a plan of costs and revenues related to individual options, analyze the impact on the selected company, conduct a public opinion poll in the field of accommodation services and rental housing, interpret the results obtained and propose a suitable solution for the implementation of the lease.
