Ekonomické aspekty využití služeb personálních agentur v hospodářské praxi

Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to describe solutions of an alternative form of need for work force incl. those that live at the edge of law and to analyze one of them in detail. The personnel agency. The survey was done among personnel agency’s users while the questionnaire was used to analyze services of personnel agencies. Personnel agency users answer the questions aimed to personnel agency’s service satisfaction or dissatisfaction. There are concrete recommendations proposed in conclusion for personnel agencies to stand the market based on the questionnaires’ evaluation.
