Abstract

Bc. Turyna Václav Územní studie lokality v Ostravě-Porubě VŠB – TU Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra městského stavitelství a inženýrství, Ostrava 2014. Počet stran: 65 Vedoucí diplomové práce: Ing. arch. Paclová Hana, Ph.D. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout prostorové a funkční využití lokality v dolní oblasti Hlavní třídy v městské časti Ostravě-Porubě. Studie je zpracována na základě urbanistických a technických podmínek v lokalitě a přispívá k naplnění cílů platného územního plánu města Ostravy na funkční využití území. Návrh obsahuje dvě varianty se zhodnocením praktické funkčnosti a reálné využitelnosti. Jedna varianta je zpracována podrobněji a bude řešit dopravní problematiku, návrh inženýrských sítí a návrh zeleně a veřejných prostranství.

Paclová Hana, Ph.D. The aim of presented diploma thesis is to design the spatial and functional aspects of the lower area of high street in Ostrava-Poruba district. The study is prepared on the basis of urban and technical conditions in the location and fully corresponds with the objectives of land use plan of Ostrava city for functional land use. The proposal contains two options including the assessment of their practical functionality and real usefulness. One of the options is further elaborated, including solutions for overall traffic issues, utility lines, urban greenery and public spaces.
