Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a technical study of the use of "Ostrava-stred-Zárubek-Josefova jáma" track for passenger transport. The task is to examine the current state and to subsequently design and assess the spatial, geometric and structural requirements of the above section of the track, the implementation of which is necessary for the operation of passenger transport. In the introductory chapters, we are familiar with the current state of the track and the characteristics of the area on which the track is located. This is followed by a technical assessment of the current situation and a proposal for a possible solution. The third part is divided into several subchapters, which deal with the design of individual track construction including the design of three new stops on the track. Finally, the evaluation of the proposed variants and the final recommendations is presented.
