Abstract

This thesis deals with the safety of motorcyclists on the roads. In the introduction of this thesis there are summarized all relevant legislations relative to the issue. This is followed by an analysis of motorcyclists according to the license categories. This part is followed by a description of equipment motorcyclists and technical state of motorcycle. The thesis presents the statistics of motorcycle accidents, depending on various factors. Using analysis identifies the main causes of accidents and according to the results it suggests possible measures and cooperation with entities whose goal is to reduce accidents motorcyclists and mortality of their drivers.
