Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the benefits of introducing key performance indicators in the manufacturing company Weppler Czech s.r.o. The theoretical part introduces the concept of work performance and methods of its evaluation. Methods of employee evaluation based on performance indicators are specified in more detail, which are then used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part describes the implementation of key performance indicators (socalled KPI) in selected departments of the company. The evaluation presents a summary of the proposed corrective measures contributing to the improvement of employees' work performance and their economic evaluation.
